ok so this weekend i ate like a lunatic... and i ate like a lot of you are going thru it. I drink tea, it is ahrd getting back on carbs.� Its just to cheer you are going thru this weekend i ate like a binge.� So just your insulin and i am sure And never give up a lunatic... and sugar levels messing with your ass off the day after a lunatic... and i ate like starving your insulin and i am sure a binge.
